Lisa Ostler, BSN, RN, NC-BC, E-RYT 200

With over two decades of experience in nursing, Lisa Ostler brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her current roles. Her extensive career spans critical areas such as emergency nursing and flight nursing, where she has honed her skills in high-stress, high-stakes environments. Recently, Lisa transitioned to a career in Public Health, where she now serves as a Fatality Review Coordinator and Injury and Violence Prevention Nurse, focusing on the safety and well-being of children and youth.

In addition to her public health work, Lisa is a passionate educator and faculty member at The Integrative Nurse Coach Academy. She designed and leads the “Yoga 4 Nurses: A Holistic Approach to Wellness” program, a 10-week virtual course that equips nurses with yoga tools to heal from vicarious trauma and rediscover their passion for nursing.

An experienced and certified yoga instructor, Lisa teaches weekly classes and workshops at a studio in Olympia, WA. She holds certification in Applied PolyVagal Theory in Yoga and is currently advancing her expertise by studying to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Lisa is also the owner of Olympia Integrative Healing, where she helps clients incorporate various healing modalities into their lives to achieve balance and harmony. By integrating her extensive knowledge in nurse coaching, functional medicine, and Ayurveda, Lisa provides personalized care that promotes holistic wellness.

Outside of work, Lisa is an avid traveler, outdoor enthusiast, and lifelong learner. On her days off, you can find her strolling around town with her favorite companion, Berkley, her 9-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound. Lisa’s holistic approach to wellness and her dedication to both nursing and yoga make her a valued leader and healer in her community.
