Join us for a Virtual Cancer Workshop with Dr. Chris Adams, emphasizing healing over cure and the powerful message that “you are not alone.” This workshop is designed to support individuals navigating the complexities of life with cancer, focusing on self-care practices, resilience-building, and the journey toward healing.

This workshop welcomes anyone who has faced a cancer diagnosis, regardless of where they are in their journey. We also have Virtual Cancer Workshops for caregivers and companions, please use this link for dates to our workshops for support persons: https://www.harmonyhill.org/cancer/.

Led by Dr. Chris Adams, MD, this workshop offers a safe space for sharing and experiential learning. Participants will engage in interactive sessions to foster connection, understanding, and empowerment.

This workshop consists of two 2-hour sessions via Zoom. To ensure maximum group benefit, participants must participate in both sessions.

Chris Adams, MD

Chris is a faculty member at Harmony Hill, and has facilitated at Cancer Retreats, Mindfulness, and Grief and Loss Retreats since 2004.
