Cancer Retreat Scholarship Application

Please fill out this application if you are requesting a partial scholarship to attend a 3-Day Cancer Retreat.

You must be in a low-income situation and a resident of the state of Washington to qualify. Our scholarships are offered on a sliding scale and can reduce the retreat cost to as little as $55 per qualifying person.

We have limited scholarship funds, and people with the most significant financial needs will be considered first.

Companions/caregivers will need to fill out their own applications.
