3-Day Cancer Retreat
With Erica Rayner-Horn M.A., L.M.H.C. and Linda Covert, RN, BC-IVC
April 17 - 19, 2026
Having a cancer diagnosis can feel isolating and overwhelming. At Harmony Retreats, we invite you to join a compassionate community of support, rest, and renewal. Our 3-Day Cancer Retreats provide a nurturing environment for mind, body, and spirit—helping you rediscover meaning, connection, and hope.
Participants are welcome to attend with a companion, such as a spouse, family member, or friend.
What to Expect
Our retreats offer a respite from the demands of daily life while living with cancer. Over three days, you’ll experience:
-
Small group sharing sessions
-
Gentle movement and meditation
-
Poetry and art activities
-
Practical tools and resources for healing and well-being
Our compassionate faculty, staff, and volunteers support participants in exploring self-care, resilience, and meaning. While spirituality is often a thread of conversation, it is always approached in a non-sectarian way.
Please note: Harmony Hill does not promote or advocate for any specific medical treatment model.
To gain the most benefit, we encourage participants to stay on campus for the full retreat. Those wishing to explore the local area are invited to do so before or after the retreat.
Bringing a Companion
Many participants choose to attend with a loved one. Companions are warmly welcomed and are considered full participants in all retreat activities.
Companions may be a spouse, family member, or close friend. The only cost for a companion sharing your room is a meal package of $175.00.
During registration, you’ll be asked to provide your companion’s name and email so they can complete their own registration.
